I was looking for information about backups and retention policies. We have a backup server configured as follows:
Delay the first backup: 1 hour
Minimum backup age: 24 hours
Maximum backup age: 7 days
Maximum backup retention: 7 days
Maximum simultaneous backups: 8
However, when I go to the website and check the backup tab, I see that I have 10 backups stored, meaning they are not being automatically deleted from the backup server.
Is there something I might have done wrong?
I found a script from the great Cpfence team to delete old backups, but the idea is for this to work seamlessly within Enhance.
