cPFence Yes, but application level vulnerabilities are different issue, its going to compromise your website, no matter what.. One of our clients has this cpanel hosting 10 website his developer missed a simple file upload logic where he shouldn't allow any other file type to be uploaded other than pdf, and guess what, all 10 websites including WordPress were bricked, some completely wiped, we have to restore backup immediately and initiate disaster recovery process it was all a mess! But we now patched it, their developers patched all endpoints and we patched thier php sites using custom cloudflare WAF rules.. Funny thing is that sites were using php 8.2!!

But, direct php versions vulnerabilities we can't patch so application level vulnerabilities we can deal with but php level we can't...

And imagine if user is like gmakhs who do not like updates lol....

pratik_asabe on your explanation what I dont understand is how can 10 website be bricked if you use 1 container per websites as it suppose to be in enhance ?

gmakhs no such thing as "the way it's supposed to be". Enhance is meant for mass shared hosting, hence the ability to have addon domains.

If enhance didn't have addon domains to be able to have multiple sites under one container, it couldn't ever hope to compete against the mainstream panels - period. Not unless it changes the way core features work = packages would need to enforce cgroups limitations on websites contained within the package.

There's many configurations of businesses using enhance, not just your one limited scope, and it's definitely not "the way it's supposed to be". Lastly, if anything in enhance was "the way it's supposed to be", we wouldn't have just had php5 support added 😆

gmakhs I never said it was on enhance, i said 'cpanel hosting' you should read carefully.. I was giving example of how even if on cpanel with hardened php, sites can be bricked if you have application level vulnerabilities...

I don't get why "Staging Websites" is translated to "Sites de encenação" em Portuguese. Maybe because the European Portuguese is ok with that? It'd better to called it like we do normally in Brazilian Portuguese: "Sites de Desenvolvimento", which means "Websites in Development", or simply called it "Sites de Teste" (Test Websites).

Probably "Sites de Teste" would be better since it's shorter and wouldn't break the enhance layout.

Asking because I made corrections to Enhance pt_pt and there I called it: Sites de Desenvolvimento.

Anyway I found some other strings that need to be corrected in pt_pt and Will correct them soon and send again to Adam.

"Site de preparo", should be "Site de desenvolvimento"
"Um site de teste, sufixo com nosso domínio de preparo", should be "Um site de testes e/ou desenvolvimento, com sufixo"

~~And "Domínio staging" should be "Domínio de desenvolvimento".~~ Nevermind, it makes more sense "Domínio staging"

My god, I was only using english since it's easier for me, but then I started using Brazilin Portuguese to see what it looks like and there're so many errors and weird translations.

If you contact support they will be able to provide you with the translation file and instructions on how to access dev mode to see the translation keys.

Done! Now waiting for the next Enhance's update.
If I do say myself, the translation now is going to be awesome. It will finally look like a native brazilian portuguese panel.
