Migration of emails from a cPanel account

A few months ago, I migrated a client's website that was on a cPanel server to my Enhance cluster using the backup import function, and now I wonder if it will be possible to do the same with the email accounts that are still pending.

Note: I wish the forum software would support longer subjects

If you have already migrated the account then no, you won't be able to now do the emails.

You would need to use a tool like imapsync to do this for you now or delete the account and reimport the whole thing if that is an option for you.
