Now in case you are a legitimate business having issues , there are anti fraud services and also stripe offers charge back protection services, just activate it and use their hosted check out .
Though not accepting any client without screening , not offering free or super cheap services usually prevents most charge backs, I have like 8 chargebacks, 6 of them I won in 14 years
