Big players are investing fortune on setups like cpanel + cloudlinux + jetbackup only because users ask for these things, and im not asking for investing millions to introduce a small but required feature!
I agree jetbackup is a backup only product, and it's so obvious no one can ask enhance to do jetbackup level improvements, im just asking to add browsing feature and fyi if enhance can do it for deleted sites then they can do for live backups as well...
If it were a simple feature, it would have been done already 🙂 You're pushing your requirements, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea for the entire customer base at this time. There are core features that are broken, and I'm pretty sure addressing those is going to be a better use of time.
You assumed my mindset, take a beat and put yourself in the shoes of others. Enhance doesn't work for your requirements, cPanel does. You're not doing anything different than what other customers have, your feature request is most likely not going to be implemented. Maybe ask if you can fund the feature?
You know deleted sites are just marked as deleted and still on the server? You're talking about viewing files on a backup server within a container. It's just just a line of code, if it was then don't you think they would have done it?
