Increase of Error 500 / 502

Hi all, we recently upgraded our Enhance server to 12.3.3 and we have had since issues with error 500 and error 502 on both development and production servers. We have been following some advice on how to set up resource limitations, curtesy of cPFence Blog and we never had issues before - but now something is off, I am feel it could be attributed to me upgrading the server.

We also now adjusted memory_limit to 500M + max_execution_time to 90 in php.ini and restarted PHP container but same issues still happens.

I wanted to ask here, am I missing something? I am thinking to just upgrade now to latest version of Enhance and hope this will somehow restart something and make things work 😆

Make sure all servers in your cluster are updated to the latest version of Enhance, avoid mixing versions across the cluster. Also, double-check that you're running the latest version of OLS or LiteSpeed Web Server on all nodes.

Once everything is up to date, start monitoring resource usage and logs closely to identify what’s causing the issue.

leonardo can be just traffic or crawlers , since auto fix error 503 of litespeed doesn't work on enhance , I don't believe there is a permanent good solution ...

In my perspective even if you monitor and you find the reason you will have to block , tweak etc until it happens from another way

What if you use of other the 3 web servers that Enhance ship with? .. among other things.

Come on @gmakhs do you have to bring up the same (in this case unrelated, since the poster never mentioned 503 errors) issues again and again in often unconnected threads? Why do you even bother to post if is generally so unhelpful.. and negative.
