Why do I get the error “Unexpected response from server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check the media library or reload the page.” when uploading files in WordPress?
I'm getting this error when trying to upload files, such as PDFs, to the WordPress media library.
The file appears in the library, but WordPress displays this error message.
I've already increased the limits in .user.ini and php.ini, and the server uses OpenLiteSpeed.
ModSecurity is not enabled.
What could be causing this error and how can I fix it?!
