In the file manager if one clicks a file or folder it selects as expected, but if one clicks another file or folder then previous selections remain selected.
Today we had clicked on public_html and then right-clicked to delete the error log, but the error log AND public_html got deleted. We are reinstating a backup, but, this takes the site offline for some time.
The file manager behaviour seems opposite to normal file browsers, where one would have to hold down a key like cmd/ctrl in order to select multiple files.
While it is true that the popup confirmation tells you that 2 files will be deleted this is too easily missed as you believe you are agreeing the the file right-clicked and nothing more.
Could I ask you to review this and adopt a more traditional behaviour where selecting multiple files / fodler requires cmd / ctrl to be held down.
