Yes, we've seen this and reported it to Enhance, but it seems to be a bit hit and miss , not always easy to track or replicate.
Try running:
crontab -u username -e
Remove any empty lines, save, and it should work fine afterward. If there are no empty lines, just make a small bogus change and save to force the file update. That usually does the trick.
