dovecot connection refused

Hello,
I’m trying to set up mail on my server with Enhance, but I’m running into an issue with Dovecot.
Here are the details of the situation:
System: Ubuntu (Enhance-managed server)
Postfix is installed and running.
dovecot binary exists at /usr/sbin/dovecot
Version: 2.3.21 (47349e2482)
i have mails in queue but it's not being delivered to roundcube

Does Enhance automatically configure and manage Dovecot, or do I need to manually create the dovecot.conf?

If Enhance should manage this, what’s the correct way to enable or reinstall Dovecot so it runs properly with Postfix and Roundcube?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Why are you installing manually? You can add the Email role from the Enhance Control panel.

Good, nearly there 🙂 Did you point MX records to the server with the email role? Check with https://dnschecker.org/
If you updated the DNS correctly you probably need to fix your external firewall: Check Installing Email Role and Using Enhance with an external Firewall.
