This is toggled via wp-cli, it will work unless there is something in your WordPress installation (maybe a redirect or another plugin) which interferes with it
White labeling hides your branding from customers of a reseller, it doesn't remove every mention of Enhance.
Try running wp-cli commands inside the WordPress directory, as the website user not root. Are there any errors? Make sure ufw is enabled on your system and that the config has not been modified - this is required for container NAT. Otherwise please send a support ticket, we will help.

In response to 2. How would customers know what Enhance Backup is if it's a white-labeled setup ? I guess you need to rethink how to go about it then.

slimx The white-label is gone since it says ENHANCE here. You need to update the wording. What is the point of white-labelling...

FYI This White LABEL issue has not been addressed yet.
