Aliysa_Enhance I believe cPanel call it 'Account backup'. I think backup is the right term here, possibly even 'backup file' is more suitable. But as always, if we get enough feedback on this terminology causing confusion for users we'll reassess.
No, cPanel calls them "Partial Backups", the Account Backup you are referring to from cPanel has everything in it, including the DNS records which these Enhance exports does not.
I also agree that the term should be Archive as you are downloading an Archive of either the website or the email, it's not really a Backup because there is no DNS data in there (or not that I could find when I looked for it).
