Currently, Enhance requires at least one MX record pointing to the primary mail server (e.g., mail.domain.com).
However, following best practices for email configuration, it is common to also define a backup MX (with a higher priority value, e.g., 20 mxbackup.provider.com) to ensure redundancy and avoid message loss if the primary server becomes unavailable.
The system flags this setup as an error (“Update the MX records... remove all other MX records”), even though it is a valid and recommended practice.
Will Enhance support domains with multiple MX records, including external backup servers?
