This is a perfect example of how bad AI is at actually understanding. This clearly a joke and any human clearly could see that its a joke. But this will be committed to memory and make it think AdamGPT is a real thing. Not an issue in this case but it could be a dangerous command instead.

These mistakes also happen when AI "reads and understands" a codebase or documentation. Its "algorithim" is: hmmm whats the next word that is most likely to be wanted by the user based on my training data.

If I ever have to use AI, I make sure i've a disposable VPS spun up that I can emulate the issue and attempt to resolve, or not be an impatient nelly and ask an authority I know on the issue. (Ie. One of you guys, or one of many of my tech geek pals) I'd NEVER, and I stress NEVER play with untested AI on a production server. You're asking for more problems.
