A client asked me to ensure that employees cannot send emails directly to the company’s CEO. All communication must go through the internal hierarchy, so the CEO wants to block both sending and receiving emails between him and indirect employees.
The Allow/Block list feature shows the following description:
Automatically accept or block inbound emails from specific email addresses. Messages sent from email addresses on your allow list will automatically bypass any spam filters for guaranteed deliverability.
My question is: does this function affect only inbound emails, or also outbound emails?
Or, in this case, would it be better to configure this kind of restriction directly in Postfix?
