As for Enhance, we have been using it for several years now, and have found it to be the best up and coming panel available. There are some gotchas like dealing with logs, but the overall simplicity of the platform makes it very easy to manage.
I encourage you to spin up a vm at your favorite vendor, install it for 2 months and run it through the paces.
If you utilize cloudflare, the integration just works, though you will need to enter all DNS from existing CF into Enhance - which via the api will overwrite CF.
For 200 sites you would consider a small vm for the control server, 1 or 2 vm's for hosting, 1 for mail (if required) and 1 for backup.
