Similar to WHM/cPanel - but from the Servers page you can click a small screen icon and it'll open up a web based SSH terminal, would be very useful for support staff, could ACL it by server group maybe too if dev time allows.

-1 not for me.. if they know how to ssh, securely, using ssh keys, directly from the terminal, then they have no need for this. if they don't, then they have no business accessing the server via ssh.

Although I rarely use them, the experience I have had with web based terminals have ever been great. They have saved my a** once but this was a server level, not in a control panel level for a hosting account.
