I feel there is some duplication in problems that we each find and report.
We've come across a few early updating issues (they happen, no problem) where we've spent a not insignificant time debugging, only to find when reaching out to (the quick and excellent) support they've already received a request and fixed it so we just need to run a patch or wait until the next version.
If there was a bug/change/dev log, understanably private and separate to the release log, it may reduce a lot of overhead for both enhance and us users.
