Hello does anyone have a video to see how can i deploy a node.js app in enhance , i have already check the docs but i need something visual because in having issues deploying

patricio i just noticed there is no way to stop the app or manually start in the ui

gmakhs If you'd like to start the app from the UI you can switch the start up mode to 'Automatic'.

We can add a 'stop' feature if the app is in 'Automatic' mode, this would switch it to 'Manual mode' and back to 'Automatic' if 'restarted'. I'll talk to the team about this.

If the app is started manually, you'd also need to stop it via the terminal.

JohnB sometimes I wonder how its possible to be that bad in designing and implementing features , it's less than minimum effort each time

gmakhs Yup. The file manager when saving will sometimes scream about not having permission to save file. Click again and it works... I wouldn't use Enahnce for average mass hosting but since its just me in the control panel I can work with it. Since hosting.com is their biggest customer and they are known for low quality, they probably don't even notice or report bugs

They are still hiring for a backend rust dev so the team is probably overworked. However its better to be way late and everything works than on time and unreliable. Oh wait they ARE way late on the NodeJS implementation AND its unreliable. lol
