I am getting this error when trying to provision accounts: "Already provisioned" ...when I place a test order for a new client in WHMCS. Not sure why it is responding with this error when there are no Customers or Sites in Enhance that use the new WHMCS client's email address. I am using WHMCS without requiring the user to enter a domain when buying a hosting product.
How can I troubleshoot this? What I've tried already:
- Made new Access Key in Enhance
- Disabled IP whitelisting in Enhance
- Double-checked Product/Service in WHMCS is a) Set to use the Enhance module and b) Corresponding Enhance package ID entered
Not sure what else to check. Any ideas?
