Dome I wouldn't try to move a control panel server that isn't working to another server.
If you have SSH access your server is probably not the issue and support won't help. The panel may have an issue and I'd say its more useful to open a support ticket with Enhance. I'd also go into cloudflare and enable dev mode to avoid any caching issues while troubleshooting.
Usually if the server itself isn't down or performing very slowly/unstable and you have SSH access, VPS provider can't/won't help because their job is done. Think of it like asking a landlord for help building furniture instead of calling the furniture seller for help. The exception would be managed VPS hosting that specifically supports managing Enhance.
You shouldn't host Enhance (or any panel) if you're not a sysadmin and need reliability. There is always something that will go wrong no matter how good the panel is. And AI tools / answers often make the issue worse.
There are many good hosting providers (some post here) you can find with good specs.
