When the root of a domain is proxied to a Node.js app, .well-known/acme-challenge is explicitly excluded from the proxy on all web server kinds.
When a Node.js app is enabled on a website, only the primary domain is proxied. If you would like to point multiple domains at the same app, add them as aliases and redirect them with .htaccess in the document root.
When changing the web server through the application role settings, the icon is immediately updated with the selected web server kind.
/var/roundcube is now explicitly mounted to the website container to solve a problem with the password change plugin where /var was a separate mount point on the host o/s.
