Restrict access by IP or IP manager stop working

Hello.
One of the dev website require an IP restriction feature, and it has worked cool the last 2 months, and IDK maybe after the update to 12.3 maybe some another reason, but it stop worked.
I use "Block all IP addresses" then exclude my/client IP and I still have Forbidden 403.
If I disable this - the website continue working. If I Allow all and blacklist my ip - it doesn't work too so it looks like it stops recognizing ip addresses correctly.
First I thought that it's up to CloudFlare (as the dev website on a subdomain) but looks like not because I already disabled proxying + again last 2 months it worked with CF too.

Also, I have copied this website to the STG domain and IP restriction start working. Maybe something with CF domains with and without proxy too.. just strange so leave it here

ferrokot Have you recently changed the webserver kind you are running? This feature is currently only available on Apache. Support on other webserver kinds is coming soon.

Aliysa_Enhance yes, you are right, it's possible only with Apache and I use Apache for this one.
PS: if you use another web server - you can't see these options in the security tab in website settings (It was fixed alreadu to not confuse users and Enhance start hide this settings if here is not Apache)
