Hey there,
My client tried to upload a backup using the Import website feature, however after choosing the file from local & hit the upload nothing happens.
I have tried to reproduce and the same happens to me. I also tried via the admin panel -- Without success, same behavior.
I am not trying to use the SCP option hopefully it will work and won't cause any headaches.
Does anyone else have the same issue?
Network tab shows the /import/cpanel/upload as pending with no progression at all.
the "Check progress" hyperlink in the notification does nothing.
Update #1: SCP is not working as well, seeing "Failed to SCP scan: "
File is at /var/orchd/importer/cpanel on the control panel server.
The file has cpmove- tried with backup- aswell, and it's a tar.gz format. The file have 644 permissions.
Update #2: "importer" folder was not existed, i created it myself. After changing ownership and group to orchd for the importer folder it worked.
Update #3: Failed on:
[ERROR] Create migration: Unable to migrate the email: Error { kind: Internal, detail: None, msg: Some("Unable to compress domain domainname.com, it may be corrupt or invalid") } (19%)
Update #4: Seems like there was an email in the cPAnel that couldnt be removed, what i did is to enter the email via cpanel, go back again and removed it, created a new backup and the problem was solved.
As for the file upload, it might be related to the 100MB limit from cloudflare Proxy, thanks to Adam from the support team i've managed to nail it.
