Email Migration is stuck on Updating DNS

Things tried:

restarting appcd on memberserver & restarting orchd on cp server
looking in psql of orchd migration tables, cant see any migrations in the tables

Found a solution. I've Set the migration_status in website_migrations to failed.

The DNS is controlled by the assigned app server for the website - it could be that there is a pending backup which is why it's taking a while to update. Setting it manually to failed is harmless unless you try to do another migration of the same website, this could end in inconsistency because the migration is actually complete.
