It just shows every line in the log file, so it is a decent indication of the load the website sees. If 3 scraper bots are hammering the site all day, you'll see 3 (or 0) "visitors" in sophisticated traffic analysis, but you could see 500k hits this way, which explains why it's under high load all the time. At face value, all these values are useless, you just have to know what it represents. Ideally, the current section would show different things and more (accurate) info, true.
