BrightStar You provided really poor details and expect us to magically know what you mean.
Anyway could be your master CP server is at a different version. Make sure its up to date. Make sure firewall is open on ALL ports between CP and slave. Otherwise create a ticket with Enhance and provide more details than this. Or just buy hosting from an Enhance provider so you dont have to learn troubleshooting skills that will be needed for reliability.

Much better: "I did these steps and get this result [details like can you still SSH, the output of script, did it hang for minutes, etc] and checked the log files and this was the output at the time of installation. I've checked [list of things like firewall isn't blocking slave server etc]. "
