MCP Support?

Just got email from cPanel team, year in review, what's next etc.
This was mentioned at the bottom as coming in 2026:

Platform Modernization with MCP Support
We’re preparing MCP server support in WHM at the admin level, enabling administrators to manage and interact with the UI through prompts as part of our broader platform modernization efforts.

I post this here to ask, am I missing something? Hooking AI into your panel for what? Would this benefit Enhance? I feel like I'm missing the benefit here. Enlighten me?

Anything you can do via the GUI or CLI will be achievable via AI. It's technically possible to do that now but with MCP support it's a lot easier.

You would be able to do simple things such as give AI a prompt and it will perform the task for you, to much larger things around automating tasks and maintenance.
