its connected to file permissions, i think if its missing permission it crashes

I had a similar problem with an account. In my case, it was a folder in the root (public_html) of that account with incorrect permissions chmod 000. When I logged in via FTP and corrected the permissions chmod 755, the problem was solved and the File Manager started working normally.
