microvax Swap is bugged in enhance normally websites should have swap 0, this is also recommended by cloudlinux, unfortunately though reported many months ago this haven't been fixed yet, the only solution is to disable swap server wide.
Websites also can use unlimited swap which creates a lot of IO and full swap issue you are dealing with
