setup 1 backup per day

I'm trying to set up a nightly backup. (just one per day)

What do you think of this configuration? Do you recommend any other settings?

I set minimum backup age 23 hours, maximum backup age 24 hours

DracoBlue Can you explain why? Is there an advantage in having 23 instead of 24?
