Ability to allow/block emails with wildcards (and global allow/block list)

I am an end user with no access to server or server side setting that my host controls.

GLOBAL Allow/Block List for emails:
Currently if I want to block a specific email address, I need to go to each individual email address I have created, and then enter the specific email to block in the Block Email Address section (Spam Settings > Allow/Block List). Since we currently have around 85 email addresses, this makes blocking even one single email a very time consuming process. So a global allow/block list would be great.

WILDCARDS
The other issue I have is that if I want to block all emails from say a specific domain or if I wanted to block all emails starting with abc on any domain.
