Today, after updating to version 12.16.0, some of our clients have experienced resource accounting issues. This has occurred with more than one created package.
For example, we have clients with over 300 email accounts, but the package only shows 29 email accounts. Another client shows only 600 MB of usage on a domain that clearly has more than 300 email accounts and several GB of stored data.
How long does it usually take for Enhance to properly recalculate and update resource usage?
Is there any additional action that needs to be performed on our side?
All websites and email services are hosted on the same server.
Update: Finally, after about an hour, the disk space usage was updated and is now correctly accounting for website and email usage in GB, as well as database usage. However, in some packages the number of created email accounts is still being counted incorrectly: the package statistics show 29 of 300 email accounts created, when in reality there are 284 email accounts.
