"My.Enhance" Down Again?

It seems to be down due to a network error.

Need to open a ticket > unable to do so at the moment.

Why does Enhance use.. a cloud based (non-self-hosted) billing solution? I feel like it's contradictive of the whole offering.

The most beautiful billing platform for Enhance is:
Dedicated server running on Enhance, with WordPress and WooCommerce installed, and a custom WooCommerce plugin to manage us (the customers). This setup will itself advertise the capability and reliability of Enhance.

Enhance relies on upmind for all license purchases (billing) and support. I think it's a good solution since it's not currently billing software. Anyone can integrate upmind with Enhance to manage billing. Regards

Thinking that going with some SaaS/PaaS solution will be better than self-hosting is not unusual. I guess Upmind uptime is not the best if that happens often. In general, I haven't come across any issues even once when using their my.enhance panel

WHMCS is very old and slow. I don't blame them for using Upmind. It is one of the only more modern alternatives.
