I would like to request the implementation of more granular control at the individual email account level in Enhance.
Currently, management is primarily performed at the domain level, which limits the ability to act on specific accounts in situations such as abuse, compromise, or when access restrictions are required.
The requested functionality consists of the ability to define individual rules per email account, namely:
- Block email sending (SMTP) for a specific account while keeping incoming mail active
- Allow webmail-only access for certain accounts, with no IMAP or POP access
This type of control would make it possible, for example, to keep an account active solely for email consultation without the risk of unauthorized sending, as well as significantly reduce abuse or spam originating from compromised credentials.
This is an important feature for hosting environments, where individual account management is essential to ensure security, control, and service continuity without the need for more drastic measures at the entire domain level.
