Adam, Looks like here is missing zone/group select in UI and maybe in API too.
No sense in creating a new website when "Push Live" at random Group/Zone, because then customers start to write to the hosting support and clarify or ask to relocate the website, + Customers still don't know in which Group or Zone the website is located/created after they create it.
