Run a script after deployment

is there anyway that you can run a script after our website has been deployed automatically

for instance at a customer has standard hosting after it is all set up it automatically runs a script or something similar to download and install a zip

Stewart85 cpfence has something simmilar like install custom plugin, also enhance has Pre-install plugins for WordPress (with custom zip) feature, where you are able to add your custom scripts... yes it's a little different, but it is. Also, Hostbill has Script Provisioning, and I think WHMCS should have something similar, or you can use a cron and set up your own script when a new website is created

The install a zip is a built in feature, you can have it download and install a zip file. But as far as script goes, no im afraid not 🙁
