I just drifted in here as I have just obtained an Enhance reseller setup. Which I am enthusiastic about. Now I want to move websites from my cpanel VPS to the new reseller setup. I clicked the "websites", "import website" and uploaded the file cpanel gave me. But it gave an error message.
At first it told me "Please check this is a full cPanel account backup - a home directory backup will not work". Though I created it through the cpanel interface, chose "Backup", chose "Full account backup" and downloaded the file it created.
Now when I go into the import website interface it tells me "Fails (1)" and when I click that it tells me "Create migration: unable to analyse backup, it may be corrupt or invalid:"
What are my options. Any thoughts?
