@Adam, is Apache updated automatically from the repo’s or does Enhance needs to push a newer version?

Ubuntu usually backports security fixes into their existing Apache packages, so you won’t need a full version upgrade.

Once the patch is available in the repo, just run:

apt install --only-upgrade apache2 apache2-bin apache2-data apache2-utils
systemctl restart apache2

That said, it might also be worth considering switching to ols for a tighter security model, it’s pretty easy to do with Enhance.

DracoBlue well then I will be waiting on Ubuntu to push the update for apache2 to the newer version that has this issue patched. I guessed so it’s done via the repo. Just had to confirm thanks.
