Yes, just cancelled the account today. Not a fan of their support, plus imo they didn't take that cpanel security issue serious enough to prevent it. Using webcentral as a replacement for a VPS plan so we'll see how they do going forward.
How are they responsible for cPanel vulnerabilities? Sounds like you should be cancelling your cPanel licenses.
