I had issues with my primary Enhance ECP server and unfortunately did not have a recent backup available. The issue was related to the hosting provider. I managed to quickly deploy a new server and planned to migrate the ECP today, but unfortunately I was too late.
The websites and applications are currently still present on a separate hosting server. Before taking any further action, I want to make sure I do not impact, overwrite, or lose any existing website data.
Is there a supported way to create a new ECP server and re-add or recover the existing hosting server into the new control panel without losing the websites, databases, users, or application data?
If this is possible, could you please advise on the safest recovery procedure?
