Can some one please confirm on a stock install of v12.23.1 with OpenLiteSpeed is Mod Sec enabled or not? I ask because the GUI shows the option for Mod Sec On per domain with OpenLiteSpeed.
Enhance doesn't configure mod_security with Openlitespeed. If you enable mod_security with Apache or Nginx then change to Openlitespeed then it might show as enabled in the panel but it's definitely not.

Adam There is a IU Bug then in the latest build -- If OpenLiteSpeed is installed, the clients get the option to select mod security on or off for the domains.

You can fix this by changing back to Apache temporarily, disabling mod_security then changing back to Openlitespeed.
