I want to state I really do like Enhance so much better than cPanel or DirectAdmin or Plesk. And our customers like Enhance too as they say it's less bloated than those prior mentioned control panels.
I also like Adam's responsiveness to offer support and fix issues that pop up quickly when I submit tickets, that's really appreciated.
I really do like the clustering ability of Enhance, it works perfect for what we are building.
There's going to be a "but" though, and that is I agree with what others have said in this post. Who asked for OpenClaw? It wasn't on the roadmap, and we don't need it for our use case at all, so that new feature does nothing for us, whereas a lot of Feature Requests and Enhancement requests that have been on the forum or roadmap for quite some time (years in some cases) really would make things better for our use of Enhance and for our customers use of Enhance. Some are just simple Quality of Life improvements that would make the panel better to work with for us and our customers.
Are only the big providers getting what they want added at the expense of those just starting out with Enhance (like us)?
I get that there might not be a big development team here, and i'm not 100% on board with everything AI yet, but it seems like AI could be utilized to help in this regard to get some of these backlogged Feature Requests and Enhancements pushed out faster without having to bring on extra developers.
I'm just having to do a lot of manual work (or creating my own workarounds) here that I wouldn't have to be doing using cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, etc. And that is unfortunate because I absolutely don't want to use those panels (and neither do our customers), so I'm stuck between a rock and hard place.
