We have customers who don't use our name servers and will just point their DNS records to the server. The customer is presented with a warning that name servers are not pointing here on the main website dashboard and also on the domain page, where you can choose the document root.
We've had a few queries regarding this already. I think having an option to hide this message if the IP is pointing correctly to the server or just hide the message.
