Hey @ali! I think that's the right way to do it. I would run the Enhance control panel on a small (but reliable) VPS and keep customer websites on separate servers.
Since Enhance charges per website rather than per server, you can have separate servers with different roles too: VPS for the control panel, another server for websites (app/database roles), another server for email if you need it, a backup server (ideally with a different provider and different location), etc.
That said, I wouldn’t say you would be “stuck” if you host everything on the same server, you can always add more servers and easily move your websites to the new servers.
