Lots of options free/paid/selfhosted but a little tip:
Don't host your status page or main site on your normal infrastructure. If you have a major failure, its a really bad look if your homepage or status page doesn't even load and will lead to way more emails/tickets/calls/panic.
As a customer, one provider I used to use just...disappeared for about 4 hours. I immediately left them. Another had a similiar outage but updated their status page every 15 minutes even if it was just "waiting on response from upstream provider." Stayed with them.
