PHP Extensions - grpc

Hello, as I am not that much familiar with Enhance, as just recently moved from cPanel, what is best way to add grpc ?
Im afraid if I add it manualy, that next Enhance update will override it

.. I haven't used a grpc php extension before.. can't you just run it as a node app? In any case, just giving you a few things to look at.

Thank you, I saw that documentation, but was getting some errors from pecl, and I am just not sure if update will override it, as I already need after each update to do some other custom config I need. But I found workaround solution for me.
And just so nobady is confused, I do not run regular hosting buisness, we are POS/ERP system, so we do config a bit different then for shared hosting.
