has anyone noticed any issues with slack notification of the panel's activity log?
it seems if there's several entries in the activity log in quick succession, i only get a slack notification for the first one of them.
eg, i was changing some configs, and restarting mysql.. a couple of backups were running and so failed.
notices for both backup failures in the enhance panel activity log, only the first one of which i got notified of in slack.
then more than 24 hours later, i add a new website via the enhance gui, it get's an entry in the panel's activity log, but instead of getting a slack notification about the new website, i get a slack notification about the failed backup that it didn't notify me about previously.
it's not the first time i've noticed it not sending every notification to slack..
don't know if it's just me, or if anyone else has seen this or can recreate it...
