Hi team,
When a website or customer subscription is suspended in Enhance, visitors currently hit a generic/broken error page instead of a clean, branded suspension notice. This creates a confusing experience for clients and triggers unnecessary support tickets.
Could you clarify the best practice or roadmap for the following:
Custom Suspension Template: Is there currently a way to define a custom HTML/template for suspended accounts (server-wide or per-cluster/reseller), or can we map suspended vhosts to a centralized maintenance/suspension document root?
SSL Termination on Suspended Vhosts: How does the web server role handle HTTPS traffic for suspended domains? We want to ensure valid SSL certificates continue to be served so visitors don't encounter browser security/SSL warnings prior to seeing the suspension page.
HTTP Status Code: Does the suspension mechanism serve a 503 Service Unavailable response with proper headers to prevent search engines from de-indexing the domain during temporary financial/admin holds?
If this is not yet supported via the UI/branding settings, is there a recommended workaround or persistent web server configuration hook we can use?
Thanks!
