Example setup:
• Server 1: Control Panel (no other roles)
• Server 2: Web Server + DB + DNS
• Server 3: Web Server + DB + DNS
• Server 4: Mail Server
• Server 5: Mail Server
In this configuration, when a customer creates a new mailbox, how does Enhance determine which mail server (Server 4 or Server 5) to assign it to?
For web servers, there are predefined placement strategies, such as least accounts and least load. However, I couldn't find any information about how mail server placement is determined.
Is there a specific placement algorithm or rule for mail servers? Does Enhance automatically distribute mailboxes across available mail servers, or is the assignment handled differently?
I couldn't find any documentation covering this. Any clarification would be appreciated.
